  • No person, INCLUDING the preborn, shall be deprived of life without due process of law.

  • Constrain the government to its enumerated powers, as such that it does not impede the liberty of the people whom it serves.

  • The People have the right to own and steward personal property without government burden.

  • The People have the right to all peaceful practice of religion. Peaceful religious or nonreligious beliefs may be exercised without government establishment, interference, coercion, or prohibition.

  • The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. There is no exception for any government entity. We support the rights of the citizenry to maintain a militia.

  • We oppose the notion that any speech be punishable by law. We also reassert our rights to peacefully assemble without government impediment.
